②使用年限在十年以上时宜采用铝单板。铝单板强度好,耐腐蚀性强,在工厂加工能保证质量。由于施工现场所要铝单板是在工厂加工成成品,直接安装即可,所以设计人员在做铝单板加工图时需注明铝单板的材质、厚度、固定耳板规格和加工尺寸及分布间距、加工误差要求、加强肋的规格和分布间距等。需要注意的是耳板靠近龙骨一侧的固定孔的加工尺寸要考虑热胀冷缩,一般在耳板上开长圆孔,固定螺钉时要尽量将螺钉固定在长圆孔的中部,这样即方便安装又可有伸缩性,同时要注意板四周的耳板要错位固定,否则在安装时可能“打架”铝单板表面宜采用氟碳喷涂(氟碳树脂的各项性能都较其他处理方式优越),尽量避免采用辊涂方式(有的加工厂的辊涂产品有方向性,影响外观效果)。
