I spent some time away from you
not by choice
I listened to my heart, my very soul
I heard its voice
I was overtaken, it was so beautiful
It didn't take very long
for me to hear you in my soul
To be immersed by it's song
I miss you and look forward to your warmth
your gentle touch and penetrating smile
I will see you soon not soon enough
though its only been a little while
I know you so little and so much
in just a little time
your a part of my life now
And being your friend, your lover
is like standing in sunshine
I thought being away from you
could send you further away
for me I now know
I know I really do love you
more today.

(Our Heaven)
Full power of my soul
overtakes my simple mind
and brings my heart as hostage
to a place deep within unknown territory
beyond the realms of imagination and desire
ripped from my cage of isolation
unexpectedly I stand naked before the truth
all senses lost as I spiral into your heaven
I realize with full clarity that your Heaven
is a Heaven like my own yet different from my own
I am willingly without fight or fear allowing this Angel
Take me to its depths unknown to me on this plane
take me in surrender
to your Heaven
take me as I am, as you are
to our Heaven.
